Inter's U19 side taking part in the first - ever Viareggio Women's Cup

VIAREGGIO - In addition to the 71st Viareggio Cup, the first-ever Viareggio Women’s Cup was also presented in Torre del Lago. In a competition consisting of eight teams and taking place from 18th to 26th March, Inter’s U19 side have been placed in Group 2 alongside Fiorentina, Genoa and Spezia. Juventus, Fiorentina, Sassuolo and Bologna are also taking part. 

Alessandro Ruocco’s Nerazzurre side will make their debut against Genoa on Tuesday 19 March, while they’ll then face Spezia on Thursday 21st and Fiorentina on Friday 22nd. Details regarding dates and location are yet to be confirmed.
