After Fiorentina 2-1 Inter, Armando Madonna spoke to the media

FLORENCE- Following Fiorentina’s 2-1 win against Inter that saw the Nerazzurri fall one game away from the Primavera TIM Cup final, the U-19 Coach ArmandoMadonna spoke to the press. "It was a knockout game, we wanted to win and started strongly. We scored straight away and then had two or three chances that we needed to take while Fiorentina were able to score from their first attempt."

"In the last 20 minutes, we could have managed the ball even if we hit the bar and had two or three chances to score. In all of our games against Fiorentina, we’ve had more chances than them but they’ve scored more."

"For two months, the team has been putting in really good performances even if we have conceded a few too many. I don’t want to speak about bad luck, we need to think about improving. The team is competitive and we can play against anyone."
