The Uruguayan defender following the 0-0 draw against Roma: "We gave everything to win"

MILAN - Inter were held to a 0-0 draw by Roma at the Meazza, the second this season. After the match, Diego Godin discussed the game with Sky Sport. “We played a good game and gave everything to win. The opponent was strong but we fought until the final whistle and in the end, it was fair to draw a game like that against a side of Roma’s standard.”

Godin had no regrets: “The road is still long, it ended in a draw but we played to win. It’s a good point because you can fail to win games but we’re on the right path and showing the right attitude on the pitch.”
