Skriniar: "We kept going until the very end"

MILAN – For the first time this season, Inter didn’t find the back of the net this evening. However, the Nerazzurri looked solid at the back. This was also thanks to Milan Skriniar, who gave his thoughts on the match when speaking to Inter TV and Sky Sport following its conclusion: “We’re a bit disappointed because we had a lot of good chances, it was a good performance. We were up against a great side but, with our usual mentality, tried to win this match too. We displayed the right attitude on the pitch in what was a tough match where we threatened until the very end. It’s obviously positive that we didn’t concede.”

It’s now time to focus on Barcelona: “We’ll get some rest this evening. From tomorrow, we’ll start to prepare for Tuesday’s game with the desire to win and give 100%. They always play to pick up three points and won’t give an inch, we need to do exactly the same.”
