The Spanish midfielder spoke to Inter TV after the defeat to Barcelona

MILAN - The Nerazzurri’s best efforts against Barcelona weren’t quite enough as Inter lost and were consequently knocked out of the Champions League. Borja Valero spoke to Inter TV after the match: “The fans kept us going right until the end, we have to thank them for that. We deserved to go through but we just couldn’t find the goals. We were a bit slow with our play in midfield but our forwards were great at creating chances. It’s not easy and tonight was tough to take, but now the more experienced players have to help their teammates understand that we’ve still got a long way to go and that we’ve got two big games left before the winter break.”
