UCL, De Vrij: “Tough times ought to make us even stronger”

MILAN - Look ahead to be even stronger next time. Stefan De Vrij looked back on the team’s performance at the end of our UEFA Champions League clash with Barcelona: “There’s a lot of disappointment with our failure to qualify but we have no regrets. We gave everything, we had chances and we did everything to win but it wasn’t enough. Now we need to pick ourselves up straight away and look ahead, focusing on our next game. Tough times ought to make us even stronger, we’ll continue on our path in order to win our next games.”
