Marotta: "We're looking forward with optimism"

FLORENCE - Giuseppe Marotta was interviewed by Sky Sport in the pre-match build-up to Fiorentina vs. Inter. This is what FC Internazionale Milano’s CEO Sport had to say: “There was great disappointment at having been eliminated from the Champions League, but we gave our all. Let’s remember that this is a new cycle, we’re going through a process of growth. Obviously we can improve, the team gave everything and we have to take the positives from the situation we're in. We’ll go forward with optimism.”

On the upcoming transfer window: “It’s difficult to find solutions in the January transfer window: it’s not easy to find the kind of player who can improve the quality of our squad. We are looking around to find anything we can use to support the team.”
