The initiative taking place for Tuesday’s Champions League clash in Milan

MILAN - A special initiative at an important time. Both Inter and Barcelona’s captains will take to the pitch wearing the same captain’s armbands for the Champions League match at San Siro on Tuesday 10 December at 21:00 CET. The two captains will sport armbands in support of FC Internazionale Milano’s initiative “BUU Brothers Universally United - #NoToDiscrimination”.

This is a way to reaffirm a position, attitude and a natural predisposition: that football should be about passion, about culture and about brotherhood. Since the Club was founded, FC Internazionale Milano has always fought to fight against any and every form of discrimination. That is the meaning of the “BUU - Brothers Universally United” campaign launched a year ago.

Both clubs will send a strong and clear message for Inter vs. Barcelona on Tuesday: we don’t say BUU to racism, we write it. And on Tuesday we’ll write it on the captain’s armbands.
