The Meazza congratulates Inter Women

MILAN - A unique achievement. Ahead of kick-off in Inter vs. Empoli, the girls from the Inter Women’s team were presented with the trophy after winning the 2018-19 Serie B title. The Nerazzurre won promotion to Serie A thanks to an almost-perfect season with 64 points coming from 21 wins and just the one draw. Inter had the best attack in the league with 87 goals scored and just 12 conceded and they were applauded by over 68,000 supporters in attendance.
