The Nerazzurri wideman started in Inter's Coppa Italia victory over Cagliari

MILAN - Federico Dimarco started his first game of the season this evening and very much played his part in Inter’s win over Cagliari. This is what the Nerazzurri wideman had to say to Inter TV after the game: “We started really well, taking the lead after just a few seconds. The game went in the right direction and we managed to get a result. For those who are playing fewer games, it’s not easy to play as a starter because you’re missing those minutes in the legs. However, the way we work during the week meant that we didn’t have any problems.

“I spent eleven years coming through the youth ranks at Inter, so it makes me proud to wear this shirt. We often have a laugh in training, the atmosphere is good. I'm enjoying it.”
