The decision taken in light of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency

MILAN - UEFA have announced that, in light of recent developments regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Europe and the action taken by various governments across the continent, all matches in UEFA competitions scheduled to be played in the upcoming week have been postponed. This includes the UEFA Europa League round of 16 second leg fixtures on 19 March, of which Getafe vs. Inter is one.

Further decisions on new dates for these fixtures will be made and publicised in due course.

Due to these postponements, the draw to decide the quarter-final match-ups for both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League initially scheduled for 20 March has also been postponed.
