Wins for Denmark, Italy and Croatia; defeat for the Netherlands


MILAN - Five Nerazzurri were on international duty tonight. In a night of friendlies, Eriksen, Sensi, de Vrij, Brozovic and Perisic all got on the pitch.

Eriksen scores for Denmark  Denmark recorded a comfortable win against the Faroe Islands. Christian Eriksen got on the scoresheet in the 4-0 victory, scoring the Danes' second goal. Eriksen played 72 minutes in the game.

Sensi plays in big Italy win Italy ran away with it in Florence, beating Moldova 6-0 at the Artemio Franchi. Goals were scored by Cristante, El Shaarawy (2), Caputo and Berardi, with an own goal from the away side. Stefano Sensi came on midway through the second half, replacing Giacomo Bonaventura. Nicolò Barella and Danilo D'Ambrosio were unused substitutes.

Win for Croatia with Brozovic and Perisic Croatia came from behind in St Gallen to beat Switzerland. The hosts took the lead through Gavranovic, before Brekalo and Mario Pasalic secured the win for Dalic's side. Marcelo Brozovic came on at half time for Badelj, while Ivan Perisic replaced Brekalo with 15 minutes to go.

45 minutes for de Vrij with the Netherlands Stefan de Vrij started for the Oranje and played the first 45 in their loss to Mexico. Raul Jimenez scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot after half time.
