Conte: "Winning the Scudetto with Inter gives me great satisfaction"

MILAN – At the end of Inter vs. Udinese, and with Inter’s Scudetto celebrations in full swing, Antonio Conte spoke live on the Nerazzurri’s Twitch channel: “It was the right end to an extraordinary year. Even today, we didn’t allow ourselves to drop off, and we managed to record yet another victory despite already being Champions. It’s testament to the fact that these lads have the right mentality and want to win every game. We really have done something extraordinary: we’ve picked up 91 points, have the best defence and the second-best attack.

It was a special win for all Interisti: “Seeing at least some fans in the stadium again was emotional, and I can’t forget the affection they showed us before and after the game. The joy our fans are feeling can only make us happy because it means that we’ve given them something great. This Scudetto is a real feat: it wasn’t easy and, in coming to Inter, I challenged myself. We worked hard and have managed to achieve a big objective. Winning the Scudetto with Inter is a great achievement and gives me great satisfaction. We’ve all done well: myself, the players and the Club.”
