Barella receives best midfielder award

MILAN - Before the Inter v Genoa season opener, Serie A presented Nicolo Barella with the award for the league's best midfielder in the 2020/21 season. He was announced as the winner of the award in May, and today picked up the trophy on the pitch of the San Siro. In every league game this season, Barella will wear the MVP patch of the Serie A crest on his shirt.
