The words of the two Nerazzurri players after the away win against Pisa

Inter claimed a valuable away win against Pisa on Matchday 13 of Serie A, with a 2–0 victory sealed by Lautaro Martinez's brace. The captain’s two second-half goals settled a hard-fought contest against a well-organised, combative Pisa side. After the match, Andy Diouf shared his thoughts alongside Pio Esposito, who provided the assist for the opener:

“The team always comes first. If you come on and make an impact with an assist that helps secure the three points, that’s a bonus. Of course, scoring makes any forward happy, but the team is always the priority.”

Pio Esposito

“I feel really good. We’re happy, because it wasn’t an easy match. We've earned three important points, and that’s what matters most. At the start it wasn’t simple: a new league, new teammates. But now I’m settled and I feel good within the team, so I'm taking it one step at a time. I’m very happy. I’m getting more minutes and I can help the team. I feel good and I’m pleased with the playing time I’m getting, even if I always want to play more. Yes, the coach believes in me. We have a strong relationship: he talks to me in training and tells me my moment is coming, that I need to keep pushing. I’m really happy and I want to continue like this, working hard to help the team and earn as many minutes as possible. I have to keep pushing. The coach is helping me a lot and speaks to me often to help me improve. I’m motivated and ready to give everything.”
