During the European Week of Sports, an 'active lifestyle' will be celebrated: connected but not sat still

On the seventh matchday of the Serie C Sky Wifi championship, scheduled from 23 to 30 September, the '#BeActive' campaign will be in the spotlight across all stadiums. The campaign will be promoted through LED boards around the pitch, a dedicated stadium announcement, and thorough digital promotion on social media channels. To further promote the iniative, BeActive patches will be worn by players on their chest during post-match interviews.

#BeActive is the international campaign, launched by the European Commission, now in its tenth year, aimed at promoting 'active living' and playing sports consistently, regularly, and passionately. "Move more, score less" is the slogan for #BeActive across Europe, an invitation, aimed at everyone, not just the younger generations, to swap scrolling for a walk, or a run, or any kind of physical activity. Connected but not sitting still.

During the European Week of Sports (EWos 2025), once again set to take place from 23 to 30 September, and promoted by the Minister for Sport and Youth through the Department of Sport and carried out by Sport e Salute, Serie C joins the sporting Italy community to promote sport, healthy and active lifesttkes, and the physical and mental well-being of all citizens.

As well as Lega Pro, thousands of sporting organisations across Italy have promoted events, campaigns, and activities to make the most of European Week of Sports. Discover the ones closest to you at www.sportesalute.eu/beactive and experience sport!
