During his Nerazzurri spell, the former Colombian midfielder made 141 appearances and scored 22 goals, with fans admiring his knack for making the difference through driving runs, late bursts into the box and thunderous strikes from distance. Guarín scored several memorable goals, above all his strike in the derby in September 2015, when his left-footed shot from outside the box into the bottom corner earned Inter all three points.
