A crucial win for Inter on the road: on matchday 15 of Serie A, the Nerazzurri won 1-2 at the Ferraris thanks to goals in the first half from Bisseck and Lautaro Martinez. Inter dominated throughout the match, with the hosts only briefly finding a way back into the game through Vitinha's goal in the second half. There were very few dangerous situations for Chivu's side as they stayed in possession and came close to scoring multiple times. The scoring opened in the sixth minute with Bisseck's left-footed strike, a finish that seemed as though Bisseck was a natural striker. The captain doubled the lead in the 38th minute with a huge left-footed shot, making that his eighth goal of the season. Genoa didn't manage to respond until the 68th minute when Vitinha scored to make it 2-1. The match grew in intensity as the home side started to push forward, but they failed to create any real chances. Instead, Inter came close to a third. The final whistle meant that the Nerazzurri now take home all three points, placing them top of the table with 33 points from 15 games.
