Inter Academy and Roberto Samaden at Brasil Futebol Expo 2022

Inter and Brazil have a natural connection. Our Club’s history is full of Brazilian champions who have brought joy and delivered triumphs, drawing an imaginary bridge between the city of Milan and the South American country. A relationship consisting of sport, football and much more; a presence – that of the Nerazzurri in Brazil – which is increasingly strong and well-established. Further proof of this is Inter’s involvement in Brasil Futebol Expo 2022, which has been described as the largest football event in Latin America and is taking place between 4 and 8 September in São Paulo. Indeed, the Nerazzurri have been part of a panel dedicated to the topic of “football as a tool for social transformation”. Inter’s presence at the event, which is focusing on education, business and innovation, came about thanks to Inter Academy Brazil and was made even more concrete by Elite Academy director Roberto Samaden, who tuned in via video conference. It was an opportunity for Samaden to highlight the excellence of Inter’s youth setup, stress the importance of the Inter Academy project and emphasise the need for a far-reaching network, even in the most distant countries. During Brasil Futebol Expo, Inter will also be involved through a stand that will see them be accompanied by IT.Sports, the Club’s “Commercial and Marketing Embassy” in Brazil. Through a business tour last November, the Nerazzurri were able to further explore the country, which represents one of the key markets in the Club’s internationalisation process.
