Inter Academy: a new tool made with YouCoach

Inter Academy, the Club's project that send Inter's brand values and tactical methods all around the World, are continuing their development with new collaborations aimed at strengthening our global network and commercial offer.

With the beginning of the new season, a new collaboration has been signed with YouCoach, and Italian business specialised in digital tools for managing, scheduling and analysing activities of managers and football clubs. As such, a new digital platform has been built.

Inter Academy Training Pro will be an essential tool in improving communication with local Academies and with the families of the signed-up prospects. Inter will be the first Club to use YouCoach for their international Academies, which will be connected in one digital ecosystem.

With this project, the Nerazzurri Club are confirming their commitment to continued growth and enhancement to their own know-how, bringing the Inter Academy model to a new level of international excellence.

Through the web platform and the all-in-one app, the new solution will guarantee an easy and personalised experience, in line with the Club's technical standards.

The system will offer advanced tools for planning and monitoring trainings, workloads, attendance and performance, suggesting the best technical practice developed by Inter. The platform will also allow the sharing of educational material, videos and sessions between overall technical staff and individual Academies, promoting a continuous learning cycle based on constant feedback and updated methods.

The future goal will be to evolve the platform in a more interactive way, capable of connecting not just managers and players, but also families, thus creating an international community, increasingly integrated around the Inter brand.
