“We had a poor approach to both halves. I tried to make changes, but the situation didn’t improve. We weren't compact, we lost our shape, and then we managed to play better for the last 25 minutes of the first half, equalising. However, we started the second half poorly again. We needed to be more focused; we weren’t the usual Inter. The goals we conceded are proof of that. We should have done more, starting with myself as the coach. We’re disappointed because we know how important the derby is for the fans and the club. What we need to do now is analyse the game and work hard because we didn’t perform as a team the way we have been for the past three years. Losses hurt, especially in the derby.
