Zielinski and Bisseck, key performers in Inter’s impressive win against Union Saint-Gilloise, spoke after the game

Four goals, a clean sheet and full of quality. Inter put out a huge performance against Union Saint-Gilloise in Brussels. It was a brilliant team performance from the Nerazzurri, with every player contributing with an excellent display.

After the match, Piotr Zielinski spoke exclusively to Inter TV to share his thoughts on the Nerazzurri’s victory:

“Winning is always great, we showed our strength and quality even if we suffered a bit at the start. They are a strong side and it was tough to face them away. After a couple of knocks, we woke up. It’s a 90-minute game so even after a tough start, we had time to put things right. We scored four goals and managed to keep a clean sheet, so we're really happy. Saturday’s game will be special. I played for Napoli and it was an amazing experience. They’re the reigning champions, but we want to pick up points and we’ll give everything to win again.”

Piotr Zielinski

“I played a solid game – nothing spectacular, but as a defender, you always have to stay focused, avoid being caught out, and remain mentally present. I definitely need to improve; when you don’t play much, you have to find a bit of rhythm, but I’m on the right track. Now, we’ll get ready for Napoli, but every match is very important. We prepare for each game in the same way. We need to stay focused, but we are the strongest team.”
