Inter won 3-2 against Torino in the seventh round of Serie A. Marcus Thuram delivered an outstanding performance for the Nerazzurri, scoring a remarkable hat-trick. After the success at San Siro, Bastoni, Mkhitaryan, and Sommer share their thoughts on the victory:
“Certainly, at 2-0, we hoped it would be easier, but we did well to bring home the three points. Sometimes we have lapses in concentration, and closing out matches earlier would help us conserve energy. We need to improve. Our strength last year was not underestimating any match, so we need to repeat that now.”

“We need to improve and do more because how we're playing isn't enough. We're struggling a bit without the ball, and we’re disappointed, but we know we have to work on it. Of course, I'm helping all the new teammates as they adapt well, and it's important that they can express themselves to the fullest. This victory is important, but we have Roma and Juventus coming up, so we need to put in a lot of effort in these days to be ready for these crucial matches.”

“We are happy to have won but we know we made some mistakes and we need to work on that. We must improve defensively because last year we were perfect and we know we have room for improvement. We are conceding more but sometimes situations arise that lead us to concede goals due to some lapses in concentration.”
