Pio Esposito flexed his muscles in front of the fans once again. Ange-Yoan Bonny slalomed through the San Siro course. The Inter forwards got on the scoresheet, on a night which initially started poorly but ended with a goal fest. This was Pio's third league goal, a fundamental goal, to make it 3-2. Bonny literally invented the fifth goal himself, a brilliant lone run.
Here are their thoughts following Inter 6-2 Pisa.
“For a guy who was playing in B until last year, and played in the Inter Youth Sector, giving your all for this shirt is the complete minimum. It wasn't easy to turn the result around, but you don't always go ahead in a long season like this. Obviously, when you go behind, you have to react in this way. The chants for me? I heard them, I feel very honoured, it was touching. I'm happy to have scored and shown my muscles again. ”

“Winning like this is always great, we reacted well and came back, we will continue int his way. You always have to make the most of the minutes that you get, I'm happy to have scored today. We now need to rest in the best possible because we have an important game on Wednesday that we must be ready for. The best goal? Dimarco's, the best goal is difficult to pick. In terms of my goal, I had to score, when you have the ball alone like that, you have to score, I came on to score goals and I'm happy to have done so. My teammates give each other confidence, it's easier for us youngsters because we're always helped by one another, it's a pleasure to play in this team. Everyone knows that the group is the most important thing, we have the same objectives and we know that we can't achieve them alone. The standings? We'll look at them after the matches, but we're only thinking about ourselves and looking forward, we want to continue like this, pushing on. ”
