The thoughts of the Inter Head Coach after the 2-0 win over Udinese in the Coppa Italia Last 16

It ended 2-0 to Inter at San Siro, in the Coppa Italia Last 16. The Nerazzurri eliminated Udinese and advance to the Quarter Finals thanks to goals from Arnautovic and Asllani. Simone Inzaghi shared his thoughts at the end of the match:

“The win tonight has sent a big message because it's an important win. When I say that I have 25 starting players, it's because I genuinely think that. The boys were all brilliant from the first minute. Has last year's elimination taught us something? We know that there are difficulties everyday, with different commitments, but I am lucky that I have a hardworking group, who know that there'll be another game in four days, then another on the 28th and then the Supercoppa Italiana. I have to make some decisions everyday but this evening, we replied perfectly, the boys played the game really well, I'm lucky to have a hard working group. Now, we have a lot of games coming and we will try to get points in all of them. We work everyday to try and improve, we won by quite a few on Monday and we analysed the match the day after, because there were some things that we could've done better. We made eight changes tonight, but you couldn't really tell by looking at it and we won without any problems. The team stayed concentrated, maintaining the spaces on the pitch in a good manner. We are in the title race as much as the other sides, it's a very open season and different compared to the last two seasons, we have to recover straight away so that we have the greatest number of players possible at anytime. Taremi and Arnautovic did very well in front of goals, they are international-level players and I am not surprised by their performances. They have to carry on knowing that everyone will be important. ”
