A stunning win, a comeback full of heart: Inter beat Como 4-3 at the Sinigaglia and extend their lead over second-place Napoli to 9 points. The Lariani started strongly and went 2-0 up through Valle and Paz, but Thuram’s goal just before half-time reopened the contest. In the second half, the Frenchman’s second goal and Dumfries’ brace turned the game on its head: Da Cunha’s penalty narrowed the scoreline late on, but Inter held on and secured a vital win in the run-in to the end of the season.
