The Salesforce Tech specialist leverages tech solutions to meet cross-functional organizational needs. He/she navigates the competing needs of multiple stakeholder groups to define a streamlined end-to-end business process accepted by all of them, and finally maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support these needs and the overall process within the full Salesforce technology stack.
• Manage the discover to adopt cycle of projects and evolutions within his / her scope: o engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and asses impacts on the existing process flows o develop and analyze functional specifications and assess impact on IT & digital architecture o design efficient IT & digital solutions to meet business and technology needs o coordinate internal & external technology teams (operations, developments, testing, …) to build and deploy target solutions within the expected budget, timeline, and quality requirements o integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different groups of stakeholder o plan & oversee delivery tasks, and report on achievements & risks o foster adoption of new tools and manage change for new processes • Create and maintain systems / services documentations, training materials, guides. • Provide advice and technical training. • Gather feedback from end users about system technical and functional performance. • Provide guidance to business departments to enable them executing their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes, and tools. • Keep abreast of technology trends and developments. • Respect relevant principles, practices, procedures, and standards to ensure a continuous improvement of deployed solutions and services.
• Salesforce Architecture & technology stack knowledge & expertise. • Experience in project management. • Knowledge of technical and data architectures and digital security practices • Understanding of Marketing & Sales operating models and ways of working. • Stronger communication skills and problem solving aptitude. • Analytical mindset, negotiation and vendor management skills. • Flexibility on working hours and might need to work during weekends during critical system releases • Occasionally need of travelling
• Bachelor/MBA Degree or alternatively 5 years of related work experience • At least 3 years of experience with at least 2 Salesforce platforms (Service, Sales, Marketing, Community) • Salesforce administrator and developer certification
