MILANO - Cresciuto nel settore giovanile dell'Inter, ha fatto parte della prima squadra nerazzurra per due stagioni, realizzando 6 reti in 55 presenze tra Serie A, Coppa Italia e coppe europee e soprattutto conquistando la Coppa Uefa 1990/91 grazie al successo nella doppia finale contro la Roma.

Fausto Pizzi compie oggi 50 anni: tanti auguri da parte di FC Internazionale Milano e Inter Forever!
