APPIANO GENTILE - Anche oggi seduta mattutina per la squadra senza i 13 nazionali. I nerazzurri, in nove al Centro Sportivo Suning, hanno prima lavorato in palestra per poi spostarsi sul campo dove hanno svolto una partitella di calcio-tennis. A seguire, esercizi aerobici e tanta corsa.
