APPIANO GENTILE - Prima seduta settimanale in vista di Torino-Inter per i ragazzi di Luciano Spalletti. Inizio in sala video, poi squadra in palestra per un lavoro con le cyclette, riscaldamento continuato con stretching, allungamenti e una serie di skip.

In campo il programma della seduta è stato composto da una serie di torelli, esercitazioni sul pressing e sul recpero palla prima a campo ridotto, poi a tutto campo.
