Primo allenamento agli ordini di Cristian Chivu, nuovo allenatore dell'Inter. Nel pomeriggio di lunedì 9 giugno la squadra si è ritrovata al BPER Training Centre per iniziare la preparazione in vista dell'imminente Mondiale per Club FIFA. I nerazzurri scenderanno in campo per il primo impegno ufficiale il prossimo 17 giugno alle ore 18:00 (orario locale, in Italia saranno le 03:00 del 18 giugno) al Rose Bowl Stadium di Los Angeles contro i messicani del Monterrey.
