Un’altra grande notte europea per l’Inter. Al RSC Anderlecht Stadium di Bruxelles, la squadra di Cristian Chivu supera 4-0 l’Union Saint-Gilloise nella terza giornata della fase campionato di UEFA Champions League. Una prestazione perfetta, di forza e maturità, che proietta i nerazzurri a 9 punti con tre vittorie su tre, tutte senza subire gol.

UNA STRISCIA STORICA

L’Inter scrive una pagina inedita della propria storia europea: per la prima volta in Coppa dei Campioni/Champions League i nerazzurri vincono le prime tre gare stagionali mantenendo la porta inviolata. Il 4-0 di Bruxelles è anche un successo da record: solo una volta in passato l’Inter aveva vinto una trasferta europea con almeno quattro gol di scarto, il celebre 5-1 al Mestalla contro il Valencia del 20 ottobre 2004. Ventuno anni dopo, un’altra serata indimenticabile.

LAUTARO, RECORD SU RECORD

Capitano e trascinatore. Lautaro Martínez continua a scrivere la sua storia in nerazzurro: con la rete contro i belgi, l’argentino è il giocatore che ha segnato più gol in Champions League nel 2025 (11 reti). Il numero 10 dell’Inter ha inoltre raggiunto un traguardo speciale: 60 presenze in Coppa dei Campioni/Champions League, eguagliando Iván Córdoba al terzo posto nella classifica all-time del club. Davanti a lui, solo due connazionali: Esteban Cambiasso (62) e Javier Zanetti (97).

PIO ESPOSITO, PRIMO GOL EUROPEO

Un momento da ricordare per Francesco Pio Esposito. A 20 anni e 115 giorni, l’attaccante classe 2005 ha trovato il suo primo gol in Champions League, diventando il secondo marcatore più giovane dell’Inter nella competizione, dopo Mario Balotelli (18 anni e 84 giorni nel 2008). Con un gol e un assist nella stessa gara, Esposito entra anche in un’élite speciale: solo Lamine Yamal e Geovany Quenda, nati nel 2007, sono stati più giovani di lui a riuscirci in questa edizione del torneo.

La spinta di Denzel Dumfries è stata ancora una volta decisiva.
