SAN PIETROBURGO - La Germania ha vinto la Confederations Cup 2017. I tedeschi si sono imposti 1 a 0 sul Cile nella finale giocata allo stadio "Krestovskij" grazie alla rete messa a segno al 20' da Lars Stindl, bravo ad approfittare di un errato disimpegno difensivo di Marcelo Diaz.

Il nerazzurro Gary Medel è stato schierato titolare al centro della difesa dal ct del Cile, Juan Antonio Pizzi, ed è rimasto in campo per tutti e 90 i minuti di gioco.
